    The role and purpose of the Settlement Agreement Solicitors Board of Directors encompasses four broad areas.

    • Supervision: to supervise the management of the business
    • Finance: the management of capital, audits, and accounts
    • Membership: including elections, retirements, redundancies and discipline.
